Artist of gastronomy !
As a son of famous restaurant owners in Castelnaudary, born and bred in the area, I decided to open my own Restaurant, Chez David in 2013 with a mind to cook fresh and local produce.
All my dishes are home cooked and full of Southern France flavours.
My reputation has reached outside of the country and I regularly organize culinary events across the Atlantic in Chicago.
